Mercy C. Ruto is a Master of Arts Candidate in Counseling Psychology at Kenyatta University and a bachelor’s degree holder in Social Work from Masinde Muliro University, she also holds an HTS NASCOP Certificate from ICS college. Mercy has 5+ years in teaching and community work. Currently she is serving as an Administrator at Zetech innovation and Technology Hub from October 2021 to date and also as the secretary to the Innovation and Ideas committee. Before the current appointment she served as a Graduate Assistant in the school of Education Arts and Social Sciences at Zetech University from May 2019. Previously she taught at Masinde Muliro university as a Graduate Assistant external, she also served as a tutor Kobujoi Institute of Development Studies. Mercy trained students as an Assistant lecturer at Alphax college from March 2014 to August 2014, she also served as a polling clerk in the 2017 General elections conducted by IEBC.
Mercy is passionate in innovations, she is self-motivated, enthusiastic HTS provider, Social Worker and Counseling Psychologist, with experience in, Community mobilization,Counseling, Advocacy for behavior change,teaching and Case management.
